RoutXpress uses Intelligent Routing to deliver print jobs to the
best printer for the most cost effective and expeditious printing.
The Administrator creates a set of rules that determine
if and how RoutXpress will route print jobs on the network,
even print jobs sent to small local (USB) printers. The
rules can only be set or changed by the Administrator, thus
providing a secure network.
Rules
The Administrator creates rules using the Admin Client.
Rules can be attached to a printer or to a user.
When a print job is submitted RoutXpress determines which rules apply to it.
There are many possible criteria which the Administrator can use to decide whether to route a job or not.
